Step 1 - Providing your validation information
Thank you for contacting IRT to alert us of your recent change in address. For security purposes, please provide the following:

Since many of our employees use abbreviated names, please be sure to include your name as it was reported by you to IRT's Human Resource Department. Failure to do so may prevent IRT from making the appropriate change.

Step 3 - Request to re-send W-2
IRT will be mailing W-2's on or before January 31st. You should expect to receive your W2 no later than February 15th. If you have contacted the US Postal Service to forward your mail, please be sure to allow additional time for your W-2 to arrive.
If you would like us to re-send your W-2, you MUST complete the Notice of Change of Address even if you have not moved. This will ensure we have the correct address on file. Please be mindful that the Payroll Department will most likely re-send 2,000 W-2's due to employees not notifying us of a change in address.
