Florida Call Center Expands to Meet Growth
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, July 5, 2001-- IRT, a leading multichannel
call center services
provider, has announced that it has opened a new 6,000 square foot
Human Resources and Development Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The free-standing building brings the company's campus to 40,000
square feet, including its state-of-the art call center facility
and corporate offices. The new space includes recruiting offices
and applicant testing stations, three classrooms that can accommodate
up to 82 participants, conference facilities, interviewing rooms
and an employee lounge.
"Our
new Human Resources and Development Center is indicative of the
IRT tradition of creating an environment that supports the needs
of both our clients and our employees," said Richard Eychner,
chief operating officer for IRT. "We are proud to respond to

IRT
currently has over 400 employees engaged in providing clients with
