IRT Attends IQPC’s 2nd Annual International Contact Center Summit in Miami, FL
IRT and CCTG executives Frank Richter, VP of Client Services and Operations, and Fred Shadding, SVP, Business Development attended the 2011 IQPC 2nd Annual International Contact Center Summit at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, FL from October 24 - 26, 2011.
Fred Shadding, SVP Business Development for CCTG, IRT’s sister company, co presented with Larry Rodgers, Director of Telemarketing of Beachbody on a workshop titled "Key Components of Managing Outsourced Providers in a Multi-Vendor Environment." Workshop attendees learned and discussed the proven formulas for successful global interfaces with worldwide BPO providers.
