IRT’s Attends SOCAP’s 2011 Annual Conference in Orlando, FL

IRT attended SOCAP’s 2011 Annual Conference in Orlando, FL from October 16 – 19 as a member company.  This year’s event included over 500 customer care professionals representing 130 different brands. Stephen Ferber, IRT’s General Counsel and Strategic Planning Executive, stated “SOCAP continues to do an outstanding job bringing together a great mix of customer care professionals representing not only different brands but also with unique and varying businesses and approaches to excellent service.  Again, SOCAP continued to exceed my expectations with excellent and relevant content presented in an interactive environment which allowed the participants to benefit from each other’s experiences and find common bonds or needs that also fostered genuine business opportunities.”
