Launches Cox Communications in Record Time
With the rapidly impending demise of Excite@Home, Cox Communications
needed a quick customer service solution. IRT responded with a program
launch within 48 hours, providing Cox and its customers the support
they needed during what otherwise would have been a very difficult
period.

Food Drive Supports Families in Need
In true Holiday spirit, the IRT family reached out to support and
provide assistance to six needy families in the Fort Lauderdale
area. Four of our agents, through contacts with area churches, located
the families. They then coordinated a Thanksgiving Food Drive within
IRT. The entire organization responded, and we were able to supply
each of the families with 2 weeks worth of food.
