Founded in 1993, Interactive Response Technologies began as a software developer for the call center industry. IRT opened its first live call center in 1995 to fulfill the demand for quality call center services. Today, we operate 5 call centers in Florida, Texas and Oklahoma and employ over 2,700 word-class call center professionals. Additionally, we offer near shore and off shore call center solutions that deliver high quality outcomes.
